Yoroll Term of Use

Welcome to Yoroll (available at https://yoroll.ai, the “Platform”, “we”, or “Yoroll”). Yoroll is an AI-powered interactive narrative and interactive video game platform that allows users to create, edit, publish, play, and consume interactive content using artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, image, video, and audio generation tools.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.


1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or have reached the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.

  2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

  3. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

  4. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, rent, share, or otherwise allow others to access your account without our prior authorization.


2. Platform Services

  1. Yoroll provides services including but not limited to:

    • AI-based content generation, editing, and content replacement;

    • Creation, publication, display, and gameplay of interactive narrative content;

    • Paid digital content, virtual items, and related virtual benefits.

  2. AI-generated or AI-edited content is provided as an assistive tool only and does not constitute professional advice, guarantees, or representations.

  3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons.


3. User Input Content and User-Generated Content (UGC)

3.1 User Input Content

When using the Platform, you may provide or upload certain materials (“User Input Content”), including but not limited to:

  • Text inputs (such as prompts, instructions, or story descriptions);

  • Images (such as reference images or uploaded images for generation or replacement);

  • Videos (such as uploaded videos used for editing or content replacement);

  • Audio files or other materials you voluntarily submit for AI-powered generation, editing, or interaction.

3.2 User-Generated Content

User-Generated Content” or “UGC” refers to any content generated, uploaded, published, or distributed by users through the Platform, including text, images, videos, audio, scripts, interactive logic, and AI-generated outputs.


4. License and Authorization for User Input Content

  1. To operate and provide the Platform services, you grant Yoroll a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to process, store, reproduce, analyze, transform, edit, and generate derivative outputs from your User Input Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform services.

  2. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.

  3. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to provide the User Input Content.


5. AI Content Disclaimer (Important)

  1. Content generated, edited, or replaced through AI systems may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant with applicable laws.

  2. AI-generated content does not constitute factual representations, professional advice, or guarantees of any kind.

  3. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated or AI-edited content.

  4. Yoroll shall not be liable for any losses, disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from your use, publication, or reliance on AI-generated or AI-edited content.


6. Prohibited Content

You may not generate, publish, distribute, display, or facilitate the generation of any of the following content, whether created by humans or AI:

6.1 Sexual and Explicit Content

  • Explicit or implicit depictions of sexual acts or sexual organs;

  • Sexual violence, exploitation, or abuse;

  • Any sexual content involving minors;

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content intended to arouse.

6.2 Political and Sensitive Content

  • Political propaganda, election interference, or political mobilization;

  • Extremist or terrorist-related content.

6.3 Hate, Harassment, and Violence

  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;

  • Threats, harassment, or personal attacks;

  • Promotion of violence, self-harm, or harm to others.

6.4 Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Drugs, weapons, or criminal instructions or transactions;

  • Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

6.5 False or Misleading Content

  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations;

  • Unlabeled deepfakes or deceptive manipulated media;

  • False advertising or misleading commercial content.


7. Intellectual Property and IP Compliance

  1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other legal rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, or privacy rights.

  2. You may not use third-party IP (including characters, brands, logos, or likenesses) without proper authorization.

  3. AI-generated content does not automatically eliminate infringement risks.

  4. Yoroll does not pre-screen content and is not responsible for user infringements.


  1. Yoroll respects intellectual property rights. Rights holders who believe content on the Platform infringes their rights may submit a written notice to Yoroll.

  2. A valid notice should include:

    • Identification and contact information of the rights holder;

    • Specific location or link to the allegedly infringing content;

    • Preliminary proof of rights ownership;

    • A statement affirming the accuracy of the complaint.

  3. Upon receiving a valid notice, Yoroll will take reasonable and timely measures, including content removal or access restriction.

  4. Users may submit counter-notifications if they believe a complaint is mistaken.

  5. Yoroll does not act as an arbitrator for disputes between users and rights holders.


9. Creator Certification and Revenue Sharing

  1. The Platform distinguishes between general users and Certified Creators.

  2. Only users who complete creator certification and execute a separate Creator Agreement may publish content eligible for revenue sharing.

  3. Revenue sharing ratios, settlement methods, payment cycles, and related terms are governed by the Creator Agreement executed during certification.

  4. Yoroll may suspend, adjust, or terminate revenue sharing eligibility based on compliance, content quality, user feedback, or operational considerations.

  5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoroll retains final interpretation rights over creator certification and revenue sharing rules.


10. Payments and Refunds

  1. The Platform may offer paid digital content, virtual items, or virtual benefits.

  2. Digital content that has been used or consumed is generally non-refundable unless required by law.

  3. Users may submit refund requests for legitimate reasons.

  4. Yoroll will use commercially reasonable efforts to process eligible refunds within 14 business days after receiving complete information.

  5. Delays caused by third-party payment providers, incomplete information, or force majeure events do not constitute a breach.

11. Enforcement and Account Actions

  1. Yoroll may, without prior notice, take actions including content removal, access restriction, account suspension, or termination for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

  2. Any loss of virtual assets or benefits resulting from enforcement actions shall be borne by the user and is non-compensable.

  3. Yoroll reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.


12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoroll shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

  3. Yoroll’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant services.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Platform’s place of incorporation.

  2. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to a court or arbitration body with proper jurisdiction.


14. Changes to These Terms

Yoroll reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication or notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
